Apply as a toner to pre-hydrate the skin in between the treatment steps. Also to be used with equipment, ideally oxygen, cold laser, and others.

TONE

Soak 2 Cotton Towels in (folded in squares of 5×5 cm.) with ENERGY BLOOM, pat gently. Dry up excess of moisture with a tissue paper.
